Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates in our pawn store locations nationwide, including Houston. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with a variety of merchandise while upholding procedures and compliance.

Earn $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus 2–8% commission based on performance, with benefits like medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement; Earned Wage Access and 401k are also available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred and comfortable with basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, process sales and loan transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to policies.
