Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Irving, TX. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Earn $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%, with Earned Wage Access after day 2, employee discounts, benefits, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement. Flexible hours; some stores closed Sundays; opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
