FirstCash is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Houston. Earn $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission on top of your hourly wage. The role emphasizes customer service and handling pawn/loan transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn/short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations and opening/closing tasks.
