Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. You will use product knowledge to educate, inform, and inspire customers and collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals.

You’ll engage customers across omni-channel offerings, promote loyalty programs, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming store environment. This role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage customers to drive sales.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to support store goals.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends, and shifts.
• Ability to learn and use retail technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Engage customers to drive sales using suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area including back-of-house tasks.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and stockroom as needed.
