Express is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for the St. Louis Galleria location. You will maintain a clean, inviting sales floor, assist customers, and process transactions efficiently while supporting product launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Zero to two years in retail; minimum 6 months experience.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Ability to meet availability including nights, weekends.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stock areas.
• Follow policies to ensure safety of staff and customers.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate resolutions to management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
