PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Express & Bonobos in Omaha. The role focuses on delivering a great in-store experience, assisting with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise and ensuring a welcoming sales floor.

Responsibilities include processing transactions efficiently, driving loyalty programs, and maintaining store standards. Availability includes nights and weekends; prior retail and tech familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Must be available nights, weekends and non‑business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room.
• Follow policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience and resolve issues.
