Job summary

Sun Com in Garland, TX is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant for a full-time, in-person role. You will exceed monthly sales quotas while driving handset and plan sales and maintaining store standards.

Essential duties include adhering to company policies, mastering systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.), safeguarding assets, and providing excellent customer service. Bilingual Spanish preferred; benefits include health, dental, retirement and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Available at least 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Practice behaviors to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Serve as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Follow policies and paperwork procedures.
• Master required systems and review sales paperwork for discrepancies.
• Protect company assets and follow cash depositing procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and complete trainings on schedule.
• Record time & attendance and manage scheduling.
