Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-person team in Pecos, Texas. You will strive to exceed monthly sales quotas, promote handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, and model best practices for new hires.

You must work at least 4 days/30 hours per week, be able to stand for long periods, have reliable transportation, and adhere to company policies. Benefits include 401(k), health and dental coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales exceeding company benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers as needed.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all company policies and paperwork procedures.
• Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning).
• Review sales paperwork for discrepancies and maintain store assets.
• Protect company assets and avoid fraudulent purchases.
• Open/close store with accurate checklists and zero errors.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors.
