Sun Com is hiring for a full-time in-person Sales role in Texas. You will exceed sales quotas, promote handsets, rate plans, and accessories, and follow benchmarks set by management. The job requires reliability, strong cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

Applicants should be at least 18, able to work 4+ days per week, and have dependable transportation to store locations and trainings. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Available for at least 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow management guidance and benchmarks for key metrics.
• Act as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Adhere to store policies and cash depositing procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required trainings.
