The role requires at least 18 years old, 30 hours per week, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand for long periods. In addition, you will adhere to company policies, maintain assets, and complete training within timelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Work in person in Bandera, TX.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow company policies and paperwork procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and protect company assets.
• Open/close store with checklist accuracy and zero errors.
• Record time and attendance accurately.
