Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience in a busy on-site store. You will process orders, assist guests, handle cash, and support day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
