Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a motivated candidate for a customer service and sales role in a retail environment. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service experience to every customer and guest.

You will process sales orders, handle cash, and assist customers with financing matters. The role supports store opening/closing and requires US work eligibility and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
