Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking individuals for customer service and sales roles in a dynamic retail environment. You will provide outstanding service to customers and process sales orders while adhering to cash handling protocols.

Role responsibilities include assisting customers with credit applications, meeting sales goals, and participating in store opening/closing activities. A minimum age and US work authorization are required, with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
