Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a storefront team member in the United States to deliver exceptional customer service and process sales with accuracy. You will help meet store KPIs and support daily store operations.

The role requires legal work authorization, at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma (or equivalent). Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, with physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
