• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations; recover the store and complete tasks.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge to make recommendations to customers.
• Provide solutions, such as substitutions or special orders.
• Pick and pack items for each order for dispatch to customers.
• Ensure accuracy of items picked/packed.
• Clean and organize warehouse.
