Gopuff Becomes First Instant Commerce Company is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an excellent customer experience, manage cashier duties, merchandising, replenishment and e-commerce fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to pick, pack and ship items accurately while maintaining store cleanliness and top service standards at the California location.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Clear, concise communication is required.
• Ability to drive results and meet performance standards.
• Systematic approach to work processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication and decision-making.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, recovering the store to maintain cleanliness; and completing various operational projects/tasks.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.
• Consistently create a positive customer experience through the use of sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!'s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge and BevMo! training to make product recommendations to customers.
• Provide the customer with solutions, such as substitutions or special ordering when applicable.
• Pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers.
• Ensure accuracy of items picked/packed.
• Clean and organize warehouse.
