Job summary

New Balance in Las Vegas North, NV seeks a Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, apply product knowledge, and drive sales. You will greet customers, understand needs, educate on features, and help with fitting NB products.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate cash handling, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor. The position requires 18+, flexible weekends/holidays, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions.
• Ability to quickly perform basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, educate on product features & benefits, and close sales using effective selling techniques.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate New Balance product.
• Inform customers about current promotions and pricing.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and well stocked with labeled items.
• Protect products by tagging, monitoring floor stock, and reporting shrinkage or security issues.
