You will greet customers, identify needs, explain features, and close sales while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person!
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment
• Familiarity with cash register functions
• Ability to quickly perform basic math
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet customers and identify their needs.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Assist with promotions and pricing information.
• Keep the store floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
