Job summary

New Balance in Vacaville, CA is hiring Retail Sale Associates to ensure smooth store operations and deliver exemplary customer service. You will apply expert product knowledge, greet customers, and guide them through the purchase experience with the GUEST service model.

You will also maintain a neat, well-stocked sales floor, explain promotions, and assist with fitting NB products. The role requires 18+ years old, strong communication, and a flexible weekend/holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions we have running.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Make sure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Protect our products by greeting customers and monitoring floor merchandise.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
