Job summary

New Balance Athletics, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, apply product knowledge, and guide customers through every step of the purchase.

You will greet guests, understand their needs, educate on features and benefits, and transact sales with strong teamwork while keeping the floor neat, labeled, and properly stocked. Previous retail experience is welcome but not required; 18+; hourly pay range $13.40–$20.15 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person and customer focused.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic math.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet and understand customer needs, educate on features and benefits.
• Transact sales through suggestive selling and effective closing.
• Measure and fit customers with NB products and inform on promotions.
• Keep the floor neat, organized and well stocked, labeled and priced.
• Follow safety regulations and report incidents as needed.
