Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service, handle sales and loan transactions, and maintain an organized store floor. You’ll engage customers, explain loan terms, and process transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
