Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in the United States. The role offers $11.50 – $14.50 per hour plus Unlimited Commission and benefits.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan services, and help maintain a welcoming store floor while following company policies. Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma, able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
