Qualifications

• Previous retail selling experience required or preferred.
• Experience in consultative sales environments.
• Experience leading change initiatives and new programs in retail.
• Experience designing kitchens and baths is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the shopping experience to maximize retail sales.
• Provide guidance on layout, color, style, and accessories for homes and businesses.
• Sell specialized home furnishing solutions including kitchens, baths, and storage.
• Build relationships to identify needs and support customers before, during, and after sales.
• Ensure orders are correct and meet specifications through basic measurements and design understanding.
• Support store operations, openings/closings, and maintain safety and audit standards.
• Collaborate with Safety & Security on policies and internal controls.
