Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking a Retail Sales Planning keyholder to optimize the shopping experience and maximize retail sales.

You will apply interior design knowledge to guide customers on layout, color, style and accessories for homes and businesses. You will also sell specialized home furnishing solutions, such as kitchens, baths, storage systems, and services, while building relationships to identify customer needs and provide support before, during and after the sale.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a consultative sales environment.
• Experience leading change initiatives and building new programs in a retail space environment.
• Experience in designing kitchen and bath preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the shopping experience and maximize retail sales.
• Use interior design knowledge to advise on layout, color, style, and accessories for residential and business customers.
• Sell specialized home furnishing solutions, such as kitchens, bath, storage systems, and services.
• Build relationships to identify customer needs and provide end-to-end support before, during and after the sale.
• Apply measurement techniques and planning understanding to ensure orders are correct and to specification.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including opening and/or closing duties when assigned.
