Job Description

The Retail, Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of multiple retail stores on property, ensuring profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves business planning and execution, managing inventory, developing the sales and operations team, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business. The manager plays a key role in driving success through strategic decisions and fostering positive shopping environments.

Responsibilities
  • Drive performance across multiple stores by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
  • Handle supply ordering, inventory management, merchandising, and pricing integrity.
  • Verify inventory and reconcile discrepancies, owning the physical inventory process.
  • Oversee all processes and paperwork for receiving and managing inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Omni standards.
  • Train, schedule, and develop retail supervisors and staff. Partner with the Director of Retail and Associate Services for hiring and performance management.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure standards compliance.
  • Conduct team meetings to set expectations for operational procedures, merchandising, and sales goals.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales and operational reports, providing insights for improvement.
  • Create and execute business plans and recaps using business acumen.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences and resolve customer issues.
  • Support all Omni Hotels & Resorts’ associate engagement and training programs, including Moments of Service and Power of Engagement.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Director of Retail or senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • At least 3 years of retail management experience required; multi-unit experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
