Responsibilities

• Promotions & campaigns: manage execution for Flexsteel retailers and align with the promotional calendar.
• Oversee back-end details: product selection, asset creation, retailer participation and execution.
• Track and analyze sales and asset performance to assess year-over-year effectiveness and optimize future promotions.
• Sales Operations support: manage the Sales Operations inbox and ensure timely responses.
• Monitor Co-Op fund utilization and coordinate ordering of retail experience materials.
