Job summary

Micro Center in the United States is seeking a self-motivated Retail Sales and Merchandizing Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, manage merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.

You’ll coach associates, partner with store leadership to meet goals, ensure safe, customer-focused environment, and contribute to operating excellence with P&L oversight and open/close procedures.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of leadership experience in a major big box retailer or high-volume store.
• Experience driving sales, merchandising, operations, and customer service.
• Experience in human resources functions, hiring, coaching, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing retail sales team and oversee merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Partner with store leadership to meet sales goals and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment.
• Provide coaching and development to associates; review P&L and sales reporting; manage staff scheduling and open/close procedures.
