Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented RETAIL SALES AND MERCHANDISING MANAGER in Mayfield Heights, OH. Lead a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales, merchandising, inventory, and daily operations.

You’ll coach associates, manage staffing, and collaborate with store leadership to hit goals. The role requires 5+ years in a big-box retail leadership environment, a bachelor's degree preferred, and strong HR, training, and budgeting

Qualifications

• Five or more years of leadership experience with a major big box retailer in a high-volume store.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in retail management: driving sales, merchandising, operations, freight flow and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing retail sales team focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates, oversee merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Partner with store leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment.
• Review P&L statements and sales reporting to identify areas of concern and drive improvements.
