JM Wireless -NY JAMAICA AVE - RSM - Metro by T-Mobile in Queens, NY is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a dynamic wireless sales team. You will drive store performance, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

With a focus on growth, you’ll implement sales strategies, manage scheduling, and mentor representatives to achieve targets. The role offers uncapped commissions and a transparent twice-monthly payout to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management.
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent.
• Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and regular feedback.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and guide team development.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Drive store sales and achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Acquire and maintain customers; empower team to close sales.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and set sales goals.
• Model upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategies.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store appearance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed; manage cash handling and POS.
• Track store metrics and implement improvement actions.
