Average compensation includes an hourly base with generous commissions paid twice a month, offering strong earning potential and career growth within a growing network. This full-time role covers evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with coursework in business, accounting, marketing or management.
• 1-2 years' experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent.
• Drive store sales and achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
