Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive business success by managing operations, compliance, and profitability with high integrity.

You will lead a team, coach associates, and engage customers to tailor outdoor lifestyle solutions, while ensuring safety and adherence to company standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business Management with 3–5+ years of retail management experience, strong communication and planning skills, and flexibility for travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and 3–5+ years retail management experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the company.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Able to coach direct report.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Proficient computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
• Foundation of excellence to maintain high facility, sales floor, and back-of-house standards.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Demonstrate ethical and honest behavior in day-to-day interactions and decisions.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistance; standing, stooping, crawling, bending.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business to success by delivering metrics and leaderboard targets.
• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions and suggesting products for outdoor lifestyle.
• Demonstrate safe store practices and uphold company standards.
• Determine product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase transaction value.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations before scheduling.
• Keep customers updated on work progress.
• Recruit and hire qualified associates following pay guidelines.
• Evaluate and coach associates for success.
• Plan merchandising for seasonal trends per planograms.
• Create schedules to meet customer needs.
• Engage with the community to promote the brand and monitor competitors.
