Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead store performance, drive sales, and manage operations to achieve profitability with integrity and ethics.

The role requires guiding teams, engaging customers, and maintaining high standards for the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or 3–5+ years of retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or 3-5+ years retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach direct reports and lead teams.
• Proficient computer skills for a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business to success by delivering metrics and leaderboard results.
• Engage customers with open-ended questions to assess needs and suggest products.
• Demonstrate safe practices and adhere to company standards in-store.
• Determine product needs by working directly with customers and provide price estimates for installations.
• Recruit, coach and develop store associates for sustained performance.
• Merchandise store according to planograms and seasonal strategy.
• Create schedules to meet customer needs and promote brand in the community.
