Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and/or 3-5+ years retail management experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the company.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to coach direct reports and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business to success by delivering metrics and achieving leaderboard targets.
• Connect with customers and drive sales by asking open-ended questions and suggesting relevant products.
• Demonstrate safe practices and adhere to company standards in-store operations.
• Determine specialized product needs and services by working with customers.
• Suggest add-ons to increase average transactions and install estimates.
• Recruit and hire qualified associates following pay guidelines.
• Evaluate, coach, and train associates for success.
• Develop seasonal merchandising strategies aligned with planograms and brand standards.
• Assist in creating schedules to meet customer needs and participate in community engagement.
