Camping World in Utah seeks a Retail Sales Manager to drive store performance, lead a team, and deliver outstanding customer service in the outdoor lifestyle market.

You will coach staff, manage operations, and ensure profitability while upholding the highest ethical standards and company policies. The role involves occasional travel and coordination of seasonal merchandising strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years retail management experience, preferably big-box or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach teams across levels.
• Strong planning, organizing, and scheduling abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business by delivering metrics and leaderboard goals.
• Engage customers with open-ended questions to assess needs and suggest products for outdoor lifestyle.
• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures in-store operations.
• Identify customer needs and determine specialized product/services.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase transaction value.
• Provide price estimates for installations before scheduling.
• Keep customers informed on work progress.
• Recruit, hire and train store associates.
• Coach and develop team for success.
• Plan seasonal merchandising per company standards and planograms.
• Assist in creating schedules to meet customer demand.
• Engage with the community to promote the brand and monitor competition.
