Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a primary focus on the development of each team member through our sales proficiency process.
• Role Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during sales engagements.
• Foster team member development and lead performance management sessions.
