Clark Associates, through The Restaurant Store, is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and maintain an effective sales culture at a retail branch location. Under the Branch Manager, you will drive day-to-day sales strategies aligned with merchandising, purchasing, and inventory teams to ensure customers have a satisfying shopping experience.

• Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge while leading and/or delegating product training within the branch location
• Develop and train the local team with a sales-minded focus that promotes customer satisfaction
• Manage the internal quota system while coordinating on-site visits for appropriate sales opportunities
• Understand and utilize a deep understanding of DISC profiling to build a cohesive and high-performing team
• Support Membership and Gold Membership growth year over year within the local market
• Support the growth and utilization of TRS.com across our customer base
• Manage customer sales issues as needed
• Create and identify marketing leads and opportunities within the local market that support future growth
• Communicate with Branch / Assistant Branch Manager(s) to identify charitable organizations to support within the local market
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
