Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Manager in Las Vegas. You will lead customer and vendor relationships, drive new business with marketing plans, and ensure showrooms are well maintained and merchandised. You will also support store operations and assist with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US (18+ in Canada).
• Valid driver’s license and comply with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 300 lbs with assistive equipment/another person.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs; communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
