Job summary

Aaron’s in Erlanger is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts and enhance the customer experience. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewals, and help maintain showroom merchandise to Aaron’s standards.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, and a knack for marketing are essential. You will report to the General Manager and may assist with deliveries when needed; this role is on-site with a pay range of $14–$16/hour plus incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification may be required at location.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
