Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors in Buffalo, NY, enhancing the glasses-shopping experience and shaping store processes. You will engage customers, participate in special projects, and learn from our leaders.

Responsibilities include POS troubleshooting, inventory management, process improvements, and daily store operations such as opening/closing and running meetings. Lead 8–10 teammates and support onboarding and reviews.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required, minimum 1 year.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in sales or operations at a complex, customer-focused retailer.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Represent Warby Parker values to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for POS system.
• Oversee store inventory procedures.
• Develop processes to improve guest service and shopping experiences.
• Manage daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead shift meetings and other meetings as needed.
• Direct a team of 8–10, delivering outstanding service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training.
• Foster an inclusive, service-driven culture.
