Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture seeks a proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales team at the San Jose location. You will motivate staff, partner with the Store Manager for smooth operations, and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

The role rewards commission-based earnings, a training rate of $20–$22 per hour for 3 months, plus uncapped commissions and store sales percentage after training.

Location: Blossom Hill Rd, San Jose, CA

Job Type: Full time - Non-Exempt/Hourly

Training Rate: $20- $22/hr for 3 months. Paid bi-weekly!

Post Training Rate: Continuous hourly base, PLUS percentage of Store Sales, PLUS uncapped personal commissions!
