The anticipated pay range for this position is $26.25 – $28.88 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The role is also eligible for a monthly bonus. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours annually (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays) and up to 64 hours of paid sick time per year, subject to legal requirements.

Work hours are respectful of operating hours from 6 am to 10 pm.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all store operations, including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert and promote a positive work environment
• Ensure stock levels and pricing accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements - Who You Are:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management or leadership
• Excellent communication skills in person, email, and phone
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout the shift
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting; capable of safely climbing ladders
• Willing to become certified to operate a forklift per IIPP standards
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policy required
