What Does a Squishable Retail Sales Lead Do?
  • Understand organizational objectives and collaborate with the Store Manager to align with company priorities and values.
  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
  • Manage productivity by holding self and team accountable for sales goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to foster brand loyalty and drive business, including participating in charity events and mall initiatives.
  • Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with management as needed.
  • Develop team product knowledge to stay current on all products.
  • Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly team activities to meet goals, empowering team members and encouraging growth.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members and Store Manager to improve performance.
Qualifications
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • A passion for people, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-motivation.
  • Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and transport stock as required.
Compensation

Pay range is $13-$16 per hour.
