About The Role
Our team is growing at The RealReal, and we’re seeking experienced salespeople to help drive repeat consignment business. The Luxury Account Specialist drives repeat business by acquiring consigned items from our existing clients within an assigned territory. If you’re customer-obsessed and self-motivated to “win” in a fully-remote, quota-driven sales environment, this could be the perfect fit!

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Connect with established clients to re-engage and drive consignment activity
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing team
  • Leverage strong client relationships to gain referrals for new business

  • Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury, while utilizing internal tools and resources
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients
  • Proficiency and comfort using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
  • Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours/week)
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset

Preferred Requirements
  • Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services
  • Ability to discuss and advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments
Compensation, Benefits, + Perks
  • $24-26/hr base pay PLUS uncapped commission
  • $1,000/month commission (at target) - top performers earning over $2,000+/month

The expected hourly rate for this role is $24-$26. Salary considers factors like location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Compensation may include bonus programs, incentive pay, and benefits.
