Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Sales and Management Intern to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our guests. You will assist with sales, merchandising, and daily operations, including cashiering, display work, and register procedures, under supervision of the Store Manager.

You will gain exposure to Buckle’s retail operations, learn how to excel in management, and support the team in delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle’s mission: create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks including cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle's retail business and what it takes to excel in management.
