Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to learn the ropes of store operations, merchandising, and guest service on-site. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and how to excel in a management capacity.

The role emphasizes sales, guest engagement, and operational tasks such as cashiering, display setup, and loss prevention awareness, with development opportunities through weekly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Interest in retail, merchandising and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and assist guests with merchandise selection and recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies, promotions, and POS procedures; assist with cashiering and transactions.
• Support store management with merchandising, displays, pricing, and restocking as needed.
• Participate in internship duties including weekly progress reports and leadership development activities.
