Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in College Station, TX is seeking a part-time Sales and Management Intern to learn retail operations and leadership fundamentals. You will work closely with store management to deliver excellent guest experiences and develop merchandising skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• No prior experience required.
• Willingness to develop in sales, merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales generation and guest service to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Support merchandising and display maintenance to maximize visual appeal.
• Assist with cash handling, registers, and daily opening/closing tasks.
• Help maintain store operations and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
