Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Amarillo, TX invites you to join our Sales and Management Intern program. You will support guest service, merchandising, and operational tasks while learning how Buckle’s retail business operates and what it takes to excel in management.

You'll work closely with the Store Manager, gain hands-on experience across cashiering, product displays, inventory and loss prevention, and prepare for potential future leadership roles within Buckle.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field at a four-year college or university.
• No prior experience or training required for this internship.
• Flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and assist guests in locating merchandise.
• Assist with cashiering, merchandise display, and store operations.
• Support store management in learning Buckle’s retail business and management expectations.
