You’ll greet customers, explain loan terms, process sales, and maintain an organized store floor. This position requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and weekend availability, with bilinguals encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with retail checkout systems is a plus; bilinguals encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth customer experience for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
