FirstCash is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate in Texas. You will greet customers, assist with sales and loan inquiries, and explain pawn terms to ensure a smooth, customer-centered experience. Earn commission on top of hourly pay as you help customers and manage merchandise.

• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
