Job summary

Buckle in Kalispell is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support guest service, sales and merchandising while learning store operations. You will work on a part-time, on-site schedule and collaborate closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and management pathways.

The internship emphasizes hands-on experience in customer service, product knowledge, and team leadership development, with the opportunity to participate in official Buckle training and performance

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a four-year college or university; no prior experience required.
• Willingness to perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks as part of internship.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection and location based on needs.
• Support store management with merchandising, displays and routine operations.
• Open and close cash handling procedures and contribute to loss prevention awareness.
• Complete internship duties including training modules and progress reporting.
